Cancelling Bookings - Pro

Please see "Cancelling Bookings - Mobile Site" if you are a Dimmi Plus user.

1. Log into your Resdiary account at

2. Click the date at the top of the page and navigate to the date of the booking you wish to cancel.

3. Click on the booking you wish to cancel and click the trash can.

4. Select the reason for cancellation (the reasons will vary across restaurants) and click cancel booking. Please note that the diner will always receive an email to notify them that their booking has been cancelled.
