Cancelling Bookings - Mobile Site

Please note, this facility is available to Pro and Plus Dimmi users.

1. Log into your Resdiary mobile account at

2. Select the menu on the top left.

3. Click Booking List.

4. Click the date at the top of the page and navigate to the date of the booking you wish to cancel. Do the same for the service period.

5. Click the Trash can on the far right.

6. Select the reason for cancellation and click the tick box. Please note that the diner will always receive an email to notify them that their booking has been cancelled.
