How do I amend or cancel a Dimmi booking?

We here at Dimmi cannot cancel or amend bookings for you.

If you need to cancel booking we suggest to do this via the cancellation button in your confirmation email.

If you wish to amend the booking we suggest to do this via the edit button also found on your confirmation email.*

If it is a last minute change or cancellation you are required to contact the restaurant directly.

Please note that if you have made a redemption booking points will not be rewarded automatically but you will need to contact us to do this manually.


*If you were required to submit credit card details during the booking process you will not be able to amend this booking online. It is best to contact the restaurant directly to amend your reservation.
