What do I do if my booking was accidentally cancelled?

If you cancelled your booking by accident either go online to make a new one, or alternatively call the restaurant directly to see if they can reinstate it.

If the booking was cancelled by the restaurant they have most probably tried to get in touch with you with an explanation. In these cases please call the restaurant directly for clarification.

If it is a booking you have already attended it is most probably a mistake. In these cases you can contact us directly HERE and we will help you reinstate your booking so you do not miss out on your reward points.
