I'm having trouble accessing my Dimmi account. What do I do?

Please ensure you are using the correct email address that you are registered with, as well as the correct password. If you have forgotten your password you can click the Forgot your password? link found on the login page.

If you are getting a message that there is no Dimmi account on the email you are trying to log in with, make sure you have not registered with an alternative one or you can contact us HERE to double check that your name is not in our data base under another email address.
