Why didn’t I receive my review email?

It is hard to tell, but the most common reason is that there is a spam filter in your inbox, so be sure to check there. If for some reason you do not receive it, you can still review by logging into your account, then going to My Bookings. Next to your booking there will be a review button.

If this button is not there most probably you have dined at a restaurant that has chosen not to receive any reviews. We encourage all restaurants to receive reviews, but at the end of the day it is up to their discretion.
